Temple of Echoes

A ritual constellation to recognise ancestral trauma and return what was never yours to carry

Some pain is not yours — but it speaks through you.

It echoes in your relationships.
It whispers through your body.
It repeats in your lineage, until someone listens.

The Temple of Echoes is where you come to listen —
To feel what is echoing through you
And to send it back with reverence, clarity, and love.

This temple is for those who:

• Have a pattern in their life that repeats through the generations but doesn't make sense for them and their context

• Have a grief or fear that feels older than they are

• Have a strong reaction to family dynamics, especially shame, silence, or control

• Have to carry an unspoken story, family secret or rupture in the family line

• Often have dreams or images that feel symbolic or ancient

• Know themselves to be an ancestral curse breaker - a deep longing to break a cycle, without knowing where it began

• Can't fully feel themselves - feeling haunted, blocked from life, shrouded in fog, floating or dissociated

I call upon my beloved ancestors — the ones of blood and the ones of soul.
Those who lived with integrity, those who bring wisdom, medicine and who yearn to break the curse and pass their blessings down this line.

I ask for your help in this work —
to see what could not be named,
to speak what was silenced,
to live what was once forbidden.

I call upon the High Vibrational Beings — the luminous ones of the light.
Beings of divine compassion, of clarity, and of truth.
Walk with us as protectors and guides.
Keep this space clear of distortion or harm.
Fill the edges with gold and silence all shadow that is not ready to be seen.

I open my heart to the Angelic Realms,
who speak in harmony and light and love.
If it is true and aligned, let their presence anchor here —
as wings of peace around my circle,
as light on the path through the fog.

Calling in the Ancestors and Our Protection in this work

You’ll be guided to name the pattern or sensation that won’t let go —

even if you can’t explain it.

We attune to where it lives in your body, your life, your story. We will find your intention and the parts of you that have become entangled with this.

You will not be asked to blame or explain.
You will be asked to feel and honour what is asking to be returned.

We will bring this field to life with representation for what is coming forward.

We may place:

A symbolic burden (obligation, grief, shame, silence)

The ancestor or ancestral line who carries it

The part of you entangled in the echo

A ritual gesture or voice that begins to return it

We move slowly. You will be witnessed.

We will find the source of the burden and ask for help from the ancestors to pass it back, where it can be dissolved into light, recycled back through the universe, back to Source.

We will find the gesture of passing it back that feels right for you. We will disentangle the beliefs you may be carrying as a result. We will find our way to releasing these beliefs - we can bury them, wash them away with water, burn them.

In the space that's created we will listen for the blessing that wants to be passed down to you, the medicine your ancestors carry - strength, courage, a spirit animal maybe.

So that you leave with a new relationship to your lineage and your sovereignty returned to you.
