First...a note on the spiral nature of healing
We often come to healing with quiet hopes:
That the pain will stop. That the story will end. That we’ll arrive somewhere peaceful where nothing can touch us.
But this work doesn’t lead to utopia—it leads you back into life, more present, more honest, more whole. With more capacity to manage life's swells and currents, and with more availabilty to life's beauty and complexity. As Ram Dass beautifully puts it: the big, frightening neuroses don’t disappear. But in time, they become “friendly little schmoos”—they no longer run your life. They just drop by for tea now and then.
In the sanctuary spaces presented below, I don’t offer 'healing' as something to complete. These are sanctified spaces to return to as many times as you need: to be witnessed more deeply, to peel back another layer. These are lights for those lost in the fog and who need a beacon to re-find their path . And I offer myself as a companion and a guide to the living, breathing relationship with your soul’s stories.
There will be sessions that change everything. There will be rituals that wring out your tears and leave deep peace in their place. There will be parts of you that find their freedom - and never return in the same way.
But there are also wounds that spiral, not because you're failing—but because they are archetypal, woven into your soul path, your ancestry, your humanity. This work teaches you how to walk with them. To listen. To unblend. To choose.
To stand with yourself when in the midst of it all.
This is not a spiritual bypass that tells you that 'you're healed', neither is it therapy that keeps you dependent. The goal here is to build an inner relationship so steady, so sacred, that no matter what arises—you know how to be with it, to tend to it, to walk it home.
I walk alongside you for a while. We map the terrain. We unearth the sacred myths inside your wounds. We create rituals of return.
And then… you walk onward, knowing you can always return again.
Not to start over—
but to spiral deeper. With grace. With soul. With more of you.
The Mythic Soul Journey
A deep one-to-one ceremonial path of remembrance
This is the core journey I offer—a layered and unfolding experience using IFS constellation therapy and Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma (IoPT) intentions as the basis. It’s designed for those ready to meet themselves in ritual, in resonance, and in truth.
We begin with a Soul Path Mapping session, where we explore your archetypes, destiny lines, and buried parts. From this depth, your true intention emerges—the sacred question your soul is ready to ask.
Together, we illuminate the trauma imprints and entanglements that obscure your path. From this place of clarity, I craft your personal constellation ritual—a ceremonial field shaped by myth, memory, and the voices of the forgotten self.
This is not standard talk therapy. It is a ritual-based, experiential form of IFS constellation therapy, shaped by parts work, field resonance, and mythic healing.
We use the constellation to enter into integration and witnessing—not as a final step, but as a turning point in your return to wholeness.
We end with reflection and blessings, and—if the path calls and more layers begin to reveal—we continue forward, deeper into the spiral of your unfolding.
